View Full Version : The new "Wrinkled" Wrinkle
Ken's newest version of the Wrinkle is what he wanted to do with it in the first place. So, finally here it is a Wrinkle that is wrinkled. They are pretty cool and this first one has both Speed Safe and IKBS!!

I want one! Looks great. Reminds me of a Shar Pei's rear end (in a good way)!

Any pictures of what the carrying clip looks like? Hopefully Mitch can work his photographic mojo on that one...

Very cool wrinkle look. I liked the original but this just improves upon it.

I'll have a few of these at Blade. They will be colorful. Glad you like them!

Troy , Funny you picked up on the Shar Pei. Thats what I used as a reference to design the wrinkles . I saved a pic of one as my screen saver and used it to influence the wrinkles. I didn't think it came across as noticeable because I couldn't make the wrinkles to deep without making the handles to thick. :D

Ken, is there going to be a future CRKT version? Or perhaps a mid-tech limited edition? Hope so!

I guess it was more noticeable than you thought if I saw it, and I'm not that observant (just ask my wife). Very cool, I think you have another winner on your hands.

I was lucky enough to handle the new Wrinkle at BLADE today. What a spectacular knife!! The one I handled had BOTH Speedsafe & IKBS. It looked just like the one in the first picture in this thread. I can't wait to get one of these!! Thanks, Ken, for being so nice to my son and I at the CRKT booth today. You left a wonderful impression on my son. We went straight to A.G. Russel and bought a CRKT Eros. He's flipped it a thousand times if he's flipped it once! You just can't beat an Onion.

WOW!!! It pays to attend BLADE! I ended up scoring that fuscia Wrinkle today. This thing is incredible. Fits perfectly in your hand. I'll get a pic up when I get home. Thanks Ken!

I too got to see that one. It's just plain awesome. Ken told me that one wasn't for sale!!! I was in line since 9:15 on Friday to try and get a wrinkle. When I got to the table there was this girl already there buying this beautiful gold colored wrinkle. I guess I should have been in line earlier.
Congrats Bob on scoring that Wrinkle hope you like it. Guess I never posted a shot of these on this site so here they are.
