Do you guys know anything about these knives? They look like the Shun but there is no info on the steel, just "premium German Stainless Steel" printed on the web site. icook is a product of Quixtar, this is the only info i can find on these knives. Thanks

I'm sorry your post has sat unanswered for a while. Hopefully Ken will have a few minutes to get caught up on the forum questions.

Basically, they are KO shun knives. Kershaw is producing a slightly different version of the shuns for Amway under their "icook" branding.

Thanks for the reply. I ended up getting the set, and they work great.
Wow I love these knives! I first picked up the Ken Onion Shun model (chef kinfe) and fell in love, but could not afford the hefty price tag. Not sure if the Icook performs as good as the Shuns, but man they are worth every penny. These knives stay extremely sharp too. Just a few swipes on the steel and they are ready to go.

icook is a Line of kitchen knives I designed for Amway. They are similar to the Shun /Onion design but have there differences. They are drop forged knives and are more affordable than the Shun. They are great knives. And work well. We use the santoku alot .
