    Default Fixed Blades

While Ken is famous for his custom folders and his folder designs some of my favorite onions have been fixed blades. Malice tops the list for the radical geometry that creates a recurve a stout point that is still sharp and stabby and lines that aren't seen anywhere.

While I've rarely seen Ken's fixed blades there is alot going on there.

Anyone else have a favorite fixed blade from the Onion?

    Malice...

But what I really want is one of those really old fixed blades something like what he made when he first started making - I think the only way I'll find one of those is to look in everyone's fishing tackle boxes in hawaii until I find one that's sitting in a sheath all rusted out

Mitch we ought to get him to do a midtech run of the malice blades!

If we had the interest in them.

I would love to own a fixed blade from Ken. I only like small fixed blades with ~3" blades so I can carry them.

The lines Ken is able to produce with steel are amazing...fixed or folding.

My one and only Onion. Enjoy:

BG42 partially serrated blade, 3 3/4 from tip to scale, 3 1/4 cutting edge.Full tang no taper. OAL 7 3/4.

Scales are coral maroon Micarta which are contoured for a very comfortable and secure grip.

OK Mitch. These are the last ones from my tackle box that was in the back of my closet. I'd trade them all in for a "Malice".

Ken had several fixed blades at the '06 Vegas Show. I really liked the Hunter.

    Here's Mitch's picture of one -
